Our restaurant offers homemade cuisine centred around fresh ingredients and, whenever possible, seasonal produce. We enjoy creating simple yet generous dishes that showcase the richness of local flavours and regional traditions.

Because honest cooking starts with exceptional ingredients, we pay particular attention to the suppliers we work with. Whenever possible, we partner with local and regional producers and artisans, chosen for the quality of their craftsmanship and the excellence of their products.
Our fruit and vegetables are supplied by Maison Gaiffier in Uzès, while our burger buns are handcrafted by The Uzès Afternoon Tea. We also work with Grasset House, a renowned Uzès bakery celebrated for the quality of its bread. For our meat, we place our trust in Solange's Table in Aveyron, whose commitment to quality and traceability reflects our own values.
This carefully selected network of producers allows us to offer generous, homemade, seasonal cuisine, where every ingredient is chosen with care to showcase the authentic flavours of the region.
